Planning to set up a company in Kazakhstan? We register LLPs, including those with foreign participation, AIFC private companies, branches and representative offices of foreign companies, and handle changes of participants. As tax lawyers, we advise before registration on which legal form is more tax-efficient, and we support the company through to opening a bank account and VAT registration. We work with clients from Kazakhstan and abroad.
After the company is registered, we will prepare participants’ resolutions and charter amendments under the service “Corporate Documentation and Resolutions” at your request.

We discuss your business goals and choose the form: LLP, AIFC private company, branch or representative office.

We provide a list of documents to be obtained abroad, apostilled and translated.

We help the founder and the director obtain an IIN and an electronic digital signature.

We prepare the charter, the resolution or minutes, and file the documents for registration.

We support the account opening and the bank’s due diligence.

We register the company for VAT if needed and explain which taxes and reports it will face.

We do most of the work under a power of attorney. However, some steps, such as obtaining an IIN or opening a bank account, may require the founder or director to be present in person. We clarify this during the consultation.
Registration itself usually takes a few business days. The whole process, including preparing documents from abroad and opening an account, takes longer and depends on the founder’s country and the bank.
It depends on the type of activity, tax incentives and where the company’s clients will be. During the consultation we compare both options for your specific goals.
